It was an average stay. Recommended for people who need accomodation away from the city.

The room was good. Thew faciites were adequate. The breakfast spread was good. The staff was attentive and responsive. The travel desk personnel was well informed and took us to the locations as requested.

The changing room of the pool was very dirty. The pool had chorine smell which only comes in case people pee or sweat in the pool. I had asked the turn down of my room to be done but people at the front desk forgot to tell the concerned department. The WiFi did not work at all during my entire stay.

location is very nice. thats why only i choose this property. breakfast was really nice and tasty. i love that hospitality also. thanks

I like everything except pool. there is no facilities like bathroom was locked. there is no facility of sitting. no towels are there. water was also not proper clean. except that everything was good.

The support from booking.Com and the hotel staff. Absolutely pathetic. Booking.com didnt bother to reply on the query raised for booking but has send this email for a review after almost a month of travel

Not worth the money , Taj next door is better , this isn’t any palace it’s a modern construction

The Villa they gave was farthest with 100 people who working on the lawn for wedding , it was very noisy , asked for change of room which they obliged but refused to give reduction , it was hotel fault to give a room while work was on. Manager was absolutely rude and impolite .

I liked the interior and space of the room. The Hotel & Room was clean

The breakfast. There were no buffet and Hotel team told us to select food from a Menu. They were not able to even turn the AC on of the location.

Horrible. nightmare, and thieves.

Double charged me (80000INR) and despite promising me a refund within 10 days from , I have not received 3 weeks later. They are thieves. Do not use this establishment. Furthermore, they scheduled a wedding 20 metres away from my room, there was loud music and noise until early hours of the morning Rooms were filthy No hot water

Big room, bad food.

Rooms were spacious and clean.

I paid extra for a triple occupancy room and we had to ask for the extra bed, towels and other amenities to accommodate us. The breakfast buffet was completely unexpected. We were not apart of any wedding group but we were forced to dine with the wedding party. Getting the staff to provide tea or coffee was difficult as well. The breakfast buffet was catering towards the vegetarian wedding party so there weren't any egg stations, sausages or anything as such that would seem like we were dining at a 5 star property. The food was average and it wasn't worth the value we paid for the room.

Separate stay location and dining and entertainment places/main hotel recreation was a big inconveni

Breakfast was served with fresh fruits daily and very healthy options. Lots of Jalebees and Indian preparations. Staff was very courteous and prompt.

There was a big political event organized at the hotel on the day of our check-in. Still we were helped by the staff to check-in quickly.

Because of the big event at the hotel, valet parking didn't quite work the way it should. We had to find out cars among the sea of other cars.

Disappointing - wished we’d booked the Taj Amer next door

Location - close to the forts and pink city Beautiful looking hotel Room a good size and good bathroom and balcony Room cleaned very well

A wedding had been booked for the full duration of our stay which meant that the gardens were out of bounds the entire time. We were also told we were unable to use the pool for the day of our arrival and the following day because the wedding party had booked it! After much complaining to the hotel staff and managers we were then allowed to use the pool on days 3 & 4. The grounds of the hotel were a disgrace for much of the stay with very many contractors assembling and then disassembling the wedding staging, lighting etc. The buffet restaurant didn’t operate for 2 of our 3 evenings because of the wedding and so we were sat entirely on our own in a separate restaurant as I am assuming we were the only hotel guests that weren’t attending the wedding. This was a very disappointing stay and definitely didn’t feel like a 5* hotel
